Having fun with art.....

| assignment was to create alien little monsters...... |

| and to be as colorful and creative as possible..... |

| students had to color their own clay(thanks to a technique I learned from my artsy friend Jaime...) |

| they colored white model magic with color markers and man do the kids love this project... |
 |
| then they could use googly eyes and pipe cleaners..... |
 |
| then make colorful back drop....they loved it...happy students = happy teacher.... |

| so talented and sad to say Monday is our last day.... |

a beautiful busy fall day.....

| we were at my son Myles's soccer game in Freehold NJ...It was the Shore Conference Tournament |

| Myles was awesome and scored the teams only goal today....so proud of him.... |
 |
| the team played really hard, but sorry to say they lost...3-2.... |
 |
| traveling all around today, and saw this field close to our home..... |
 |
| had to head to Joanne's for some supplies and saw Cloth Paper Scissors Gift Magazine right in the front.... |
 |
| so had to take another peak at my work......what a great feeling seeing your work on the pages of your favorite magazine.... |
 |
| can you believe that I still have beautiful roses in my garden..oh summer I am missing you already.... |
 |
| when you see the beauty of the fall colors it too is a great time of year....hope you are all enjoying your day... |

HAPPY DAY........
One of my favorite art magazines....
I started with a challenge in Cloth Paper Scissors several months ago, you were to design a piece of fabric...
and this challenge led to another....I was asked by the magazine to do my thing on a blank camera bag......and send it in, I was 1 of 5 chosen for this challenge, of 200 who entered the fabric challenge.
This was my camera bag idea....

September 27th New York City Trip.....

| Went into NYC with a few friends to see a friends fashion show...I am always looking for interesting things to photograph. |

| this was some kind of weird collage on the surface of and old building |

| a rain jacket, umbrella, purse, all kinds of things were glued on and painted.... |
 |
| next to this building was a little park that people were working on and this cute clean little pup was just laying there watching everybody... |

| thought this was funny since I am not so tall..... |

| went to see my friend Lois Eastlund who is an amazing clothing designer.....this is a shot looking down form my seat...the colors were amazing. |

| the show was at R-Bar in NYC. and this was a peak at a model waiting to go on.... |
