even the streets were colorful.......art was all around us.... |
We wanted to go to the art museum so we went to PAFA the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts |

next we went next door to the Samuel M. V. Hamilton Building...and this was certainly a treat. |
the colors in this painting were just so beautiful............and the way the velvet was painted was stunning...... |
this painting was painted in the 1800's and looked clearer the any photo today........just amazing how talented these artists were back in the day..... |

we found this awesome little galley in Philly called Projects Gallery and Helen Hyder the director could not have been kinder......she gave us the history of this artist named Alex Queral |
