Vintage2Glam is my idea of reusing vintage goodies, and turning them into something Glam. I love taking vintage finds, and make them modern with wonderful colors and a vintage twist..... love to incorporate them into my own vintage inspired art an accessories. Pleased to say that my jewelry was worn my Ellen Burstyn in the movie "GRETA" starring Ellen and Hillary Duff filmed in historical town of Ocean Grove N.J.

Having so much fun in an online class I am taking this summer......


I am taking an online class with the most talented lady  
Miss Mary Ann Moss...she is teaching a class called  
The Sketchbookery... and I am so thrilled to be taking it.....
I have been drawing and painting since I can remember but taking a class like this makes you want to make time to paint.....and I must say painting is  one of  my favorite things in the world to do.....





before the class started I thought I better practice a bit so I sat outside on our deck and started sketching.....and added some watercolor......

someone delivered a plate of the most colorful donuts....still need to add the sprinkles....

this class has you making simple line sketches and to really look at what you are drawing....

so I have been wanting to draw everything I see......

instead of snapping away with the cell phones I am now drawing what I see.....


Thanks Mary Ann for all the inspiration and making me take time to draw and paint..2 things that I truly enjoy doing.......
so HAPPY that I signed up.....and can't wait to fill up my journals.....for the rest of my life......

      thanks so much Kelsea......still have to add the colorful sprinkles....I have been painting for as long as I could remember...so comes easy to me...if you tried it and practice I am sure you could do it as well.....

    thanks so much Irena.....I was a textile designer for many years and color is my thing...I love your work and all those cute doggies.......don't you love this class with MaryAnn.she cracks me up....ok thanks for your nice comment......

      I was a good girl and didn't eat them they were a gift from a neighbor...she sent over after a party....I had to draw them they smelt so good too! I still have to add the sprinkles......... thanks Laura fun size.....
