| so today we decided to take the pup for a walk along the beaches in our town.... |

| it was a cool day here in New Jersey and the forecast was for a nice day but it turned out to be kinda of a grey day...... |

| until I spotted these berries and leaves.....couldn't get over the intense color...... |

| it was quiet, it was peaceful and what a beautiful breeze...... |

| we remembered why we love walking here so much..... |

| I just LOVE these bulkheads or what ever you call them...they remind me of cities rising from the water.... |

| this gull looked like he had some problems with his foot.....it was always up and never down..... |

| we came upon this little critter right along the waters edge..... |

| and then I felt sorry for him and thought maybe I should have saved him or helped him out...the water washed up and then he was gone...... |

ReplyDeleteHello Holly that is a horseshoe crab....there were so many that were washed up along the shore......sad but that's what happens to them....this was a very little one but they can get quite large......
